Officer Joseph Montgomery was a wonderful person, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was also a good cop, treating everyone he met with respect, dignity, and objectivity. Joe’s life revolved around his family. Joe and his wife Sandra were high school sweethearts and have been together for 35 years. He was a dad that showed up for all his kids, attended their events, and supported them in every aspect of their lives. Joe was a Police Officer for over 34 years. He always gave and never asked for anything in return. He was one of the most selfless human beings we have ever known and has been a tremendous loss for his family, friends, and community. Joe is survived by his wife Sandra, his 4 children, Allison (Allie)- husband Charles, Brett, Seth - wife Kylie, Natalie, and his 3 grandchildren, Brielle, Sesily, and Adaline.
